1st Offense DUI classes take place in our Pikeville location on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 6:00PM, Thursdays of the month at 6:00PM. Please arrive at the office on time and if you're a new student make sure you have completed and paid for your assessment. You must have your assessment before you can take your first class. In order to prepare for your assessment you will need a copy of your AOC-494 Form and your Citation, which should be included with your court documents when you were convicted.
